LIVERYLAB / Version dated October 1, 2026
Privacy
1. Operator and contact
Maxi Gonzalez is responsible for LiveryLab. Email info@liverylab.com.ar for questions about personal information or to exercise your rights. This policy covers the public website, its technical preferences and private administration access.
2. Browsing and technical data
The public website requires no visitor accounts, accepts no payments and has no registration forms. To deliver pages and protect the service, the server processes technical data such as IP addresses, requested paths and browser headers. These data are not used for advertising profiles. Hosting and operational logs are described in the providers section of this page.
3. Theme and language
The theme can follow your system preference. The URL determines the language of each page, and the browser language can suggest the other available version. Manual choices are kept during the browsing session using sessionStorage. If you enable “Remember my preferences”, localStorage stores your theme and language on this device for future visits. These preferences contain no tracking identifier and are not sent to advertising services.
4. Cookies and optional technologies
The public website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded external players. External links do not load those services within this page. Administration access and installation use a necessary session cookie, liverylab_session, for authentication and request protection. It is not used for advertising; authenticated sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and the cookie does not persist beyond the browser session. If optional technologies are added, their purposes, providers and duration will be disclosed before requesting the appropriate consent.
5. Email enquiries and retention
If you contact us, your message and supplied information will be used to respond, address a complaint or manage rights. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. Ordinary enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after closure and then deleted from email managed by the operator. Necessary data may be retained longer to meet legal obligations or deal with a pending claim, with restricted access. The administrator account is retained while active; its password is stored as a hash rather than readable text.
6. Private access security
To limit login attempts, a temporary identifier derived from the IP address using HMAC, an attempt count and an expiry time are stored. The original IP is not stored in that table. The record expires after 15 minutes and is deleted on the next authentication request; it may remain physically until that request without extending an expired block. Server sessions are cleaned by PHP session management and its maintenance tasks. These data are used solely for security.
7. External links
When you visit flightsim.to, x-plane.to, Instagram or another linked website, that provider may process information under its own privacy policy. LiveryLab cannot change or withdraw another website’s cookies. Review its notices before using its services.
8. Control and rights
You can change theme and language or clear preferences from the footer or browser controls. Local preferences are not incorporated into a LiveryLab visitor database. Email info@liverylab.com.ar to request information, access, correction, updates or deletion of personal data. Identity will be verified proportionately. Under Argentine Law 25,326, access must be provided within ten calendar days of a duly evidenced demand, and correction, updating or deletion within five working days of a request, where applicable. The AAIP is Argentina’s supervisory authority and receives enquiries and complaints.
9. Protection, purposes and changes
Reasonable protection, restricted access and data minimization measures are applied without promising absolute security. We do not sell personal data or create commercial profiles. Providers process information to supply hosting or email and protect the service; voluntary contact allows us to address your request. Persistent preferences are stored at your choice and can be cleared at any time. This policy will be updated if services, providers or processing change; updates do not replace consent needed for new purposes.
10. Providers and data location
Hosting: Hostinger. Data location: Argentina. Provider log retention: 30 días. Email provider and location: Hostinger, Argentina. Hosting or email outside Argentina may involve international transfers to provide these services; contact the operator for applicable conditions and safeguards.
