1. Operator and scope

LiveryLab is a flight simulator livery project operated by Maxi Gonzalez. Contact: info@liverylab.com.ar. These terms govern use of the website and explain general download and usage rules. The specific license of each file and the external platform’s terms must also be reviewed.

2. Simulation use only

Liveries are graphical resources for compatible simulators and addons. They are not aviation technical documentation, operating instructions, certified materials or tools suitable for real navigation or flight. Screenshots show simulated environments; results may differ on other hardware or software versions.

3. Downloads and external platforms

Each download button identifies its authorized destination: flightsim.to or x-plane.to, as applicable. Some pages include supplements hosted by LiveryLab. External platforms apply their own terms and privacy policies. LiveryLab does not control their accounts, cookies, advertising, availability or operational changes. Use the links on the livery page to obtain the version published by the author.

4. Compatibility, installation and backups

Before downloading, check the exact simulator, version and aircraft addon requirements on the download platform. The required addon may need a separate license and is not included unless explicitly stated. Back up files you intend to replace, follow the package instructions and avoid unknown sources. Do not assume a livery works with every simulator variant or update.

5. Livery licenses

The license stated for each work governs the rights to use that file. Existing works identified as CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 allow sharing the original with appropriate attribution, a license link and the notices required by the license; commercial use and distribution of adapted versions are not permitted under its terms. These terms do not add restrictions that reduce rights already granted by that license. Private adaptations and statutory exceptions are governed by the full license and applicable law.

6. Authorship, redistribution and permission

Do not misattribute a LiveryLab work, remove required notices or present redistribution as an official release endorsed by its author. Linking to the original page is the recommended way to share a work. Where the license allows redistribution of an original file, all license conditions must be met; recommending official links does not revoke that permission. Contact info@liverylab.com.ar for uses beyond the license, including distribution of modified versions or commercial uses.

7. Trademarks and third-party rights

LiveryLab is independent and does not represent or have an affiliation with airlines, manufacturers, simulator developers or addon providers unless expressly and verifiably stated. Third-party names, logos and other materials belong to their owners. A license covering LiveryLab’s original work does not automatically grant trademark rights or rights in third-party materials.

8. Misuse of the website and identity

Do not introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, collect personal data without authorization or impersonate the author or a brand. Do not present a livery as an official document, certification or endorsement of unlawful conduct. These conduct rules do not alter permissions under an existing license; liability for specific conduct is determined by applicable law.

9. Availability, changes and support

Resources may be updated, corrected or removed from channels controlled by LiveryLab. Continuous availability, indefinite maintenance, update frequency and future compatibility are not guaranteed. You may report errors by email, but no response time or personalized support is promised. Removing a download does not revoke previously granted valid license permissions.

10. Disclaimer

Liveries are provided in their existing condition, subject to the warranties and limitations applicable under their license and the law. Identical results on every device and freedom from conflicts with other addons are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LiveryLab is not liable for consequences attributable to installation contrary to instructions, incompatible versions, third-party alterations, packages obtained outside the indicated channels or uses unrelated to simulation.

11. Legal limits of the disclaimer

Nothing excludes obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits non-waivable rights. The disclaimer does not protect intentional wrongdoing, unfair terms or other conduct for which an exclusion would be invalid. Accessing a download does not require a general waiver of the right to bring a claim.

12. Privacy, enquiries and complaints

Technical preferences and information processing are described in the privacy policy. Consent to optional services is separate from these terms. To report a broken link, file issue or potential rights infringement, or to ask a question, email info@liverylab.com.ar with the relevant work and necessary details. Do not send passwords or sensitive information.

13. Versions, language and applicable law

The revision date appears on this page. Changes will apply to future uses and will not retroactively withdraw irrevocable permissions under previous licenses. Spanish and English versions aim to communicate the same terms; contact us if a discrepancy needs correction. Argentine law provides the reference framework without displacing applicable mandatory rules or protections in other jurisdictions. No exclusive forum is imposed that would deprive users of mandatory protections.
